As of October 2017 the Widener ITS department launched self-service wireless access that uses email or text messages to provide guests with login information that is good for 24 hours.
You will need to connect to the “WUGuest” network. Then open a browser window, you’ll be prompted to complete the Guest Self Registration form.
To register, you will need the following:
- current, working email address
- cell phone number
- cell phone carrier (e.g. Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.)
This is an all automated system and and it is available 24/7.
